At night, when the headlights of the rear car are illuminated, the reflected light of the rearview mirror enters the driver's eye, which is easy to cause dazzling state, so the anti-dazzling internal rearview mirror is developed. Anti-glare internal mirrors can be roughly divided into two types:
(1) An internal rearview mirror with a low cost and a wedge section that has become the mainstream;
(2) From the point of view of functional utility, the internal rearview mirror using electronically controlled color light-emitting elements or liquid crystal elements is only used in the necessary scenery.
The anti-glare electric rearview mirror consists of a special electrochemical layer mirror, two photoelectric sensors and an electronic controller. The electronic controller receives the light intensity signal transmitted by the photodiode, and if the rear light is stronger than the front light, the electronic controller will output a voltage to the mirror to change the color of the electrochemical layer of the mirror. The higher this voltage, the greater the change in the color of the electrochemical layer. After the color of the electrochemical layer is changed, the light reflected to the driver's eyes by the electric rearview mirror is significantly weakened, which not only does not affect the driver's vision, but improves the comfort and safety of the driving vehicle.
